Question: I’m trying to figure out how to lay out the bagua “map” on the floor plan of my house. Should i use the front door even though we never use that door, or the side door, which we use all the time…? Most people say use the front door, but i recently heard to lay it out according to the door you use most. What do you suggest, front or side door?

Answer: You should use the facing direction ie side facing the largest view like a street. Then plot the directions based on your findings. That is most accurate in plotting flying stars. If you just want to plot regular directions, west will always be west, so it really doesn’t matter.
